WELLINGTON, September 30.
A Bill will be circulated shortly embodying the proposals of the Minister of Education for the re-constitution of the Auckland University College Council. It proposes to increase the number of members from eleven to fourteen, by giving the Professorial Board two representatives and the,graduates of the College an additional' member. Procedure for the appointment and the election of members is prescribed, and provision-made for tho periodical retirement of certain members from each group /'of representatives.
