He shot two barmaids, one of whom is dead, and then rushed into the streets and wounded three of his pursuers, one seriously. Hβ was eventually arrested. (Received September 29th, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, September 23. The man who ran amuck at Tottenham is Stephen Titus, apparently an Armenian, and a man of means. Seeing a barmaid speaking to some men, Titus commenced ah altercation, and shot the manageress of the hotel dead and seriously wounded tho barmaid. Ho reloaded his revolver in the street, and held a crowd at bay. He shot a newsboy and two other persons before he . was captured, after a eevere struggle.
