SERIOUS STRIKE AT BROKEN HILL.
Owing to the dismissal of a sanitary employee under, a retrenchment scheme, the municipal employees at Broken Hill have struck. Tho position is serious. The electrical supply has been cut off, the abattoirs are not working, and sanitation is neglected.
