He will 6tay at Vichy, and, according to some, lie proposes to go to Mecca, and others affirm that he has resolved to abdicate. THE SULTAN ABDICATES. (Received August 12th. 11.35 p.m.) TANGIER, Aucust 12.Mulai Hand has abdicated tho throne. Yusef, who succeeds to it, is described as a moderate, and well disposed to France.
