Tho correspondent of tho "Observer ,, states that owing to the British bavins withdrawn to the coast, the Mullah is practically tho uncrowned king of Somaliland. He has 10,000 mounted followers armed with rifles, and has captured Bohottle and slaughtered 1000 men, women and children. Ho now threatens Berbera, where there are only 10 whites.
