(SPECIAL TO " THE rR-SS-") GREYMOUTH. August 10. Tho following West Coast football team leaves on "Wednesday to play Otago, Canterbury, and South Cante--bury:—Forwards, .Morrison, Atkinson. F Smythe, Richards, Mcintosh, MoIvor, Rogers, Godfrey, Sands, and Wilson ; backs, Smythe, Irving, Nelson, Ring, Church, Hall, and Casey. Tho forwnids aro considered a stronger combination than the fino torward team which was responsible for Taranaki's downfall last year, and the team should give a good account of itself. Tho Coast's' record the bigger unions in the only two big games played is a win against Canterbury by 11 to nil, and a win „*zainst Taranaki by D to 8, last year. Both victories were due to the team's superior forwards, so that the Otago and Canterbury forwards will have a hard g*me against what is considered the best forward team tho Coast has yet had.
