Four hundred dockers, with Federation tickets in their hats, and accompanied by their wives and children, formed a procession through the East End to tho Workhouse, where the women dropped out. The men demanded out-door relief, which was refused: Three hundred entered tho Workhouse, and many who refused .►orridgc were supplied with other food. Tho movement has clearly been defeated, and the men aro now merely seeking to save the faco of their leaders.
