United Press Association —By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. (Received July 10th, 11.40 p.m.) TANGIER, July 10. The revolted tribes have invested Marakesh. Europeans are unable to leave thoir houses, and tribes in the vicinity of Malagan are restless. Mulai Hafid will shortly abdicate in favour of his brother Mulai Yusif. The former will reside in Tangier.
