NOTES AND MEMORANDA.
A jumble sale will be held to-day in tho Addington Methcdist Schoolroom, and will be open at 2 o'clock in the afternoon and at 7 o'clock in the evening. Entries for the, Christchurch Poultry and Pigeon Club's annual exhibition (to be held on August 15th, lGth, and 17th) have been extended to the 25th inst. from 10 a.m. to' 10 p.m.
