Speaking on behalf of tho Opposition, the Hon. T. Mackenzie said that jno objection would bo offered to the adjournment proposed by tho Prime Minister. ''May I tako this opportunity," ho said, "to congratulate the honourable gentleman upon tho formation of hi 3 Cabinet, and to say that we will give him all reasonable assistant*!) in carrying on tho business of this country. (Hear, hear.) 1 am quite sure we should all be able to unite In maintaining the highest traditions of this House. With that object in view 1 believe the future is reasonably safe in our united hands." (Applause.) ,
