DRUNKENNESS.

Two first offenders were each fined os or 24 hours' imprisonment for drunkenness. John Byrno, for a similar offence, was fined 10a or 48 Lours.
A DOUBLE CHARGE. Mary Little was charged with drunkenness and with procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order against her. She was convicted and. lined 10s or 48 ' hours on each charge. ''If you come up again I'll send you no for two years, , ' , ad.ded tho Magistrate.
'DRINK AND INDECENCY. Mary Sheedy, charged .with drunkenness and with behaving indecently in St. Asaph street, was convicted on the first charge, and on the second was convicted and ordered to come up for sentence when called upon, conditionally upon her going to the Female Refuge for six months.

JUDGMENT SUMMONS CASES. Joseph Heybourne was ordered to pay tho Massey Harris Co., Ltd. (Mr Mosley). £8 9s forthwith., in default seven days' imprisonment. No order was made in the case of Charlotte- Jano Tinstone (Mr Cuningham) v. Hichaird Alfred Cooper, the amount duo being £4 3s. No order was made.in G. Novis (Mr Cuningham) v. David Taylor, in which the amount due was £3* 0s sd. C. Kempton was ordered to pay Andrew Lees (Mr Cuningham) £1 10s (k3 forthwith, in default twentyfour hours' imprisonment.
