United Pwb AMcciotion—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. LHASA, April 29. Tho Tibetan forces are- reported to number 10,000. A portion are surrounding 1000 Chinese troops in the southern suburbs. Several buildings have been burnt. The aggregate losses among the Tibetans aro 900 killed, while the Chineso have lost 300 killed. Tho Chinese captured tho wife and children of tho I>alai Lama's brother.
