Id consequence of the Minimum Wage Bill, several Liberals, particularly in South "Wales, are forming a leaguo to resist xho pressure of Socialist influence upon the Government. It is stated that they have funds sufficient to enable them to contest twenty-five seats at the genera] olection. It is understood that there will be 100 Labour-Socialists included in tho Labour Party's candidates, the payment of members being tho chief causo of this influx.
