ORGAN RECITAL

Mr Arthur Lilly, A.R.C.0.. gave one of his enjoyable* recitals at St. Luke's last evening. Hi* recitals have pained a. pleasant reputation, and tho one given laat evening was most heaTtily enjoyed. The items which were particularly sneec-ssftil were HandoFs '"Cuckoo and Nightingnlo Conforto." Mendelssohn's 'Wrddini: March," Thome's ''Simnle Aveu," and Gounod's ''Serenade." They were all tastefully and artistically interpreted. The choir boys made very acceptablo additions i*> the programme by singing ••Tho Better Land" and "0 Divine Rodocmer."
