COMPOSITION TO BE QUESTIONED. (Received April 11th, 9.35 pm.) LONDON, April 11. Replying to Sir Gilbert Parker in the Houso of Commons,, Mr Harcourt said that no salaries would be paid to tho British Trade Commissioners, but only cxpences and lodging allowance wben abroad.

Sir Gilbert Parker gave notice to move, at the earliest opportunity, a motion calling attention to tho composition of tho Commission.
