(Received April 11th, 11.20 p.m.) LONDON, April 11. •The Times'" declares that thc British Army in Egypt is dangerously low, especially in view of the possibilities of the Turko-Italian war. It suggests that when the troops are withdrawn from South Africa they be s»nt t-> Egypt, which is an incomparable training ground, healthy and inexpensive.
