WELLLYC'TON". .April 10. The Government have decided to send twenty senior cadets to Canada in response to an invitation to compete at the Canadian Xatioiiai Exhibition at Toronto. Tho competitions' consist of drill', physical drill, and shooting matches. The eontin_ont will leave in t'mo to arrive at Toronto on, or just be fori* ' .August _oth next. The* Canadian authorities undertake to provide all transport by sen and rail, and also to provide accommodation. Cadets to be eligible mustpass medical test, their height must be from oft (Jin tooft Din. their chest relaxed.3lin to .'_in, inflated 3lin. and their a_.e lfj to Thoy must have boon efficient cadets from the age of 14, smart at drill, and good shots. Each military district is to supply five senior cadets. Bcforelieving for Canada tin* bey*, will train in, or near AA'cllington. tor a month. Durimr their absence from home they wil! be required to ilevote part of each day to school work. Service with' tho contingent .will, count a*; qualifying .service under.the Defence Act.
