M Myers stated that while holding ir respect the conscientious opinions of those opposed to military training, i' was his duty to see tlio law carried

Although the Government regretted being compelled to allow the civil law to take its course when rftr sisters failed to register iwhich in? volved j>enaUie-s), the Government bad no option but to see that- the law was vindicated. Those who failed to register wero thereby disfranchised, qud forfeited their right tv receive Government employment.
