The dispute between tho captains and deck ollicers ami the steamship owners over tho question of wages and hours was discussed again this morning before the Conciliation Commissioner (Mr P. Hally). On tho major points no actual agreement was arrived at. and tho whole matter has been adjourned till April 11th. Tho Merchant Guild will bo asked to nominate a committee with plenary power to deal with the whole business-
