United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON, March 25. Mr Roosevelt, speaking at Portland, • bitterly attacked President , Taft. He said that Mr Taffc was not only an unprogressivo but & reactionary President, and stood for the boeses and money power and not for the people. Mr Roosevelt is receiving many letters threatening his life, and the polioe are specially guarding him.
