United Press Association—By Electric Tolegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 18Three hundred colliers at Burton raided a number of coal vans, overturned them, and seized their contents. There have been several arrests made in connection with the matter. Coal in London advanced 4s per ton to-day. Thero is a growing belief that the Government will suspend tho Eight Hours' Act until tho supply equals the demandIn the House of Commons, the Premier stated that the Government would introduce the Minimum Wages Bill tomorrow, and it was highly important that it should be passed on Thursday. Tho House of Lords would consider it an Friday.
