LODGE MEETINGS.
The annual meeting of No. 5 District Grand L.O.L. was held on Friday evening, when nearly every delegate was present. The treasurer's balance-sheet 6howed a very satisfactory state of affairs. The returns showed a satisfactory increase of members. The following officers were installed by Most Wor. Bro. Middleton, P.G.M., " and Wor. Bro. Parsons, P.G.M. :■—W.D.G.M., Bro. W. J. Halligan; D.D.M., Bro. 11. Lockwood; chaplain. Bro. J. Morrow; secret-nrv, Bro. R, Roberts; treasurer, Bro. F.'Bamfield; F. of C, Bro. J. Ballantine; committee, Bros. J. Middleton, Fisk. Breen and Sloan: deacons, Bros. H. Nichols and F. Winter; tyler. Bro. T. Breen.
