They include so- ■ called "irritation strikes," whereby the . men will reduce the output and working [ hours until the profits disappear, when ' shareholders will be forced to relini quish the mines, which will bo carried on in the interests of the workers, who will choose their own managers, aud thus rid the industry of slave-driving.
