Monday, Jnnuary lgt (Xew Year'e Day}—A cloee holiday will bo observe! at all post offices. Hails for despatch that day will close at 6 a.m. On <he evening of 30ih December a delivery of all correspondence will be made over the counter of the Chief Post Office between S and 9 p.m.
