THE FRANCHISE.
At a meeting of tho Parliamentary labour Party, while welcoming tho Adult Sufirago Bill, reiterated its demand for tho extension of the suffrage to -Bomen.
The Master of Elibank, speaking nt Walham Green, warned the Unionists that tho proposed extension of the franchise was no window-dressing suggestion. Tho Government was determined to pass the Bill, which was in accordance with the democratic demands of the coi ntry.
