The "Berliner Post says that there should be a feeling of shame and deep indignation at this result of four months' negotiations.
The Government organs deplore tho Colonial Office's attempt to impedo the Chancellors policy as incompatible with the orderly conduct of Imperial affairs.
Other papers anticipate the disclosure of Ministerial differences in the Reichstag and during tho elections. They contend that though the agreement is a good bargain on paper, it will damage Germany's prestige.
The "Vorwarts" states that the policy of Hen- Ividelin-Wacchter, German Foreign Minister, and Prince yon Bothmann-Hollwegg, is a visitation from heaven, like a x>lague or a famine.
