NOTICE is hereby eiven that a SPECIAL MEETING of the Waimairi County Council will be held at the Council Chambore, North road, Papanui, on MONDAY, the 27th day of November, 1911, at the hour of 6.45 p.m., for the purpose of Confirming as a SPECIAL ORDER, the undermentioned Resolution passed at a Special Meeting; of the Council held on the 04th day of October, 1911.
