BERLIN, November 4. Tho "Tageblatt" states that tho proposal is ill-timed, and that it is doubtful whether the unofficial Press regarded Mr Lloyd George's bollicosc speech afc a critical juncture as a warning to Germany.
Other newspapers are equally averse to the scheme.
