Tho "Stampa's" Tripoli correspondent witnessed several executions. A man and his wife were executed for being iv possession of arms. They calmly met their death holding each other's hands. The correspondent adds that the eoldiers arc drunk with tho lust for vengeance, and tho officers aro obliged to exercise all their authority in order te restrict military executions. TRIPOLI (via Tunis), Nov. 4. Lieut. Harold G. Montague, who is sorving with the Turks, saw the mutilated bodies of a hundred women and children who had been massacred by the Italians in revenge for their heavy losses in battle.
