TURKS RECAPTURE THE FORTS
CONSTANTINOPLE, November 3
It i.s officially announced that ihc Turkish Commander in Tripoli reports that on October 30th the Turks occupied all tho forts surrounding Tripoli, tho Italians withdrawing into the town within tiic r.ono of the fortifications. Tho Italian forces were demoralised, and did not dare to venture outside tho town.
