A mysterious murder has been committed at Glebo. The- body of Henry Trevasrus. .1 metallurgist, was found in his room in a lodging-house with his bead battered in with a heavy implement, and his faro, head, and throat slashed with a razor. It is believed he l;as bevn dead since Tuesday or "\\ edncsday. Nobody entered his room, which was locked, until his daughter called last nipht. The door was forced and thp body discovered. The polico are without a cluo ns to tho assailant, but it is suspected that robbery was the motive of the crime. (Koci'ivcd Xovcmhor Cth, 1.4 a.m.) SYDNEY, November 5. Tinned on the murdered man's door was a memorandum stating that he had gone to Gnulburn and would return on Friday. This accounts for the late dis<wvery of the crimo.
