SUPREME COURT.

CH.iMBER SITTINGS. Sitting in Chambers, in "Wellington, on October 28th, Mr Justice Denniston granted probate in the following deceased persons' estates:—John Brown (Mr Raymond), Walter Thomas Dunster (Mr Hill), Hannah Elerig (Mr Donnelly), and Philip Taylor (Mr Salter). Letters of administration were granted in tho estates of: Mary Pettigrew (Mr Harper), and Robt. R. Lyne (Mr Raymond). An order was made, according to the motion of Mr Beswick, vesting certain land in the Akaroa Borough Council. Tho motion was made under the Land Transfer Act. 1908. His Honour anproved a motion by Mr Wright for an order in terms of the report ,in re William Derisley Wood, deceased. A motion for an order confirming the Registrar's report in re Charles Hirst, deceased, was approved.
