TIMARU.
It is a mark-timo market in wheat just now, business being at an absolute standstill. There have been no sales of importance during the week, although there is a good demand for fowl-wheat at os Bd, f.o.b. Of milling wheat all to bo said is that thero is none on offer, the nominal quotation being 3s 9d at store delivered, Timaru. In oats there is nothing doing whatever, and tho nominal quotation for mixed sorte is from 3s 3d to 3s 6d a bushel. The potato market-is glutted, and no business is being done. Seed potatoes are worth £2 os a ton.
