Lord Lonsdalo, who is a great supporter of boxing, in a letter to the Press says that he is unable to understand Mr "Winston Churchill's attitude. Mr Justice Lush, in the High Court, granted the Metropolitan Railway Company, which owns the freehold of Earl's Court, an interlocutory injunction, on the ground that the license would be endangered if the fight took I>lace.
