United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Copyright. SYDNEY, September 27. As a result of the recount in the voting, the Liverpool i'lauis by-election has been declared a <]cad heat. In the original count Mr Perry (Liberal) was given a .majority of three. Another election is probable. Mr Wade's censure motion was defeated by 32 votes to 30. During the debate, Mr Wood again came into conflict -with tho Speaker, and was removed from the House.
