•Mis Buchanan, President of the Timarn Council of Control, reports that sho is endeavouring to extend themovement to tho country districts, and that already a troop had commenced •work at Pareora. Circulars have been sent to outlying bchools, and a forward movement is expected. Miss Read, ficoutmistress, and the head mistress of the Timaru High School are leaving tho district shortly, so that two valuable and enthusiastic workers in tho High School Troon will be lost to tho cause. The Council will meet and discuss plans for the future, as well as appoint Scoutmistresses and other officers.
