(Received September 27th, 12.25 a.m.) SYDNEY, September 26. In the Assembly Mr Wade moved a vote of censure on tho Government on the grounds that the Premier's statement regarding public business was unsatisfactory, being at variance with previous statements mado on behalf of the Government, and also that it constituted a breach of faith.

Tho debate was listless

At tho Local Government Conference Mr Griffith foreshadowed legislation giving municipal bodies power to plan suburbs and build houses for letting.
