The climax had been reached by the proclamation of absolute preference to unionists. A resolution was adopted that the Federation viewed the action of the Government with tho gravest concern. (Received September 17th, 12.50 a.m.) MELBOURNE, September 26. In the Federal House of Representatives. Mr Deakin moved a vote of censure regarding tho Government's preference to unionists' policy.
