(Before Messrs T. A. B. Bailey, S.M.. , and E. R. Good. J.P.) 1 A. E. McKechnie (Mr Van Asch) applied for a maintenance order, for the wife and two children, against James McKechnie (Mr Johnston), who was bush-falling in the North Island. The Mngistrato decided that £15 must bo paid, and subsequently payments at tho rate of 17s 6d per week.
