L.0.L., No. 33, Rising Star of Richmond, hold its monthly meeting on Thursday last, in tho Orange Hall. | The W.M., Bro. Wails, presided over I a attendance. It was decided to ' ask the R.W.D. Grand Master to give ■ a lecture on his travels ue"xt lodge night, and invite tho members of all , tho lodges to be present. The secre- j tary of the bazaar committee reported :' that tho bar-aar would he opened on November 30th. Tho lodge was then closed, after which refreshments were Landed round. Songs and speeches were given by Bros. Budden, G.M., Tlalligan, PTM., and Grovers, and PJ>.M. Bro. Sapey. j
