BROADFIELD.
Travellers along tho Christchurch road during the recent rains would probably notice tho entrance to the Broadfield cemetery a few inches undsr water. Had a funeral entered the cemetery at tho t time tho situation would have been most-unpleasant. It is honed that now the water has subsided, tho authorities will make siich a repetition impossible.
