Sir Edward Grey, during the Foreign Office debate, said that tho Albanian insurrection was a source of anxiety, and he would not bo surprised if tho adjoining Powers took steps to limit the area of tho disturbances. Hβ deplored the effects of tho outbreak on tho stability of the new regimo in Turkey.
