The "Neu Freio Presse" states that Germany ivill renounce territorial compensation in Morocco, but the hinter land of Agadir wili be apportioned to her as her zone of economic influence. France is willing to enter into negotiations regarding territory in the region of Lake Chad, and to make concessions there in return for Germany's withdrawal from Morocco.
