TRAIN-WRECKERS CAUGHT. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—-t/opyright. PARIS, July 16. The police, whilo patrolling the roads at Cboisy-le-Roi in a silent automobile, caught a party of train-wreckers redhanded. They had in their possession appliances for cutting high-tension wires and unscrewing sleepers.
