SEAMEN'S STRIKE.
AWKWARD POSITION AT
CARDIFF
United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph—Oopyrieht. (Received July 12th, 11.10 p.m.) LONDON. July 12. In connection with tho strike at Cardiff some seamen hoard that a vessel at the docks contained Chinese. A boatload of pickets evaded the police and boarded tho vessel, rushing tho forecastle. Tho Chinese faced them with drawn knives and the pickets withdrew, contenting themselves with pelting the Chineso with coal.
