A useful White Paper just issued shows the naval strength of the Great Powers on March 31st last, excluding battleships and armoured cruisers over twenty years old. The tabular statement clearly demonstrates the vast superiority of the British Navy, which is shown to be greater than the combined fleets of any two of the other Powers.
