(p&ESS ASSOCIATION TELEGRAM.) MAfiTERTON, July U. The heavy raine hare subsided. During tho 24 hours ended at 9 a.m. today, 1.83 inches of rain fell. No great damage is reported but considerable areas of country are flooded, and stock have been removed to higher ground.
