TURKEY AND THE MALISSORI.

The Turkish Minister of Foreign Affairs has communicated to Montenegro generous terms for the Malissori tribe, if they surrender. The terms include special taxation, establishment of schools, and free trade routes, and provision of maize and corn to the Malissori refugees returning from Montenegro. .
