United Press Association—By Eleottio Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, July 10. Ifc is alleged that at least a dozen passengers were drowned in the wreck of the Santa Rosa because the captain I was ordered to keep the passengers on tho ship. The survivors are organising to press tho charges against tho company of sacrificing lives for dollars.
