Elizabeth .AVanaaca.tt (Mr Buchanan) applied for a separation order against her husb/urd t Reuben George Wanna-' pott.(Mr Kennedy), on the grounds of cruelty, f An order was made, the wife to have the custody of the four younger children, the husband to pay ~£l 10s per' week towards the maintenance of his wife and children, and £1 Is witnesses' expenses. In Matthew Patterson v. Hy. Stephenson (Mr Kennedy), 10s. judgment was given for defendant. Judgment was given for plaintiff in Tinwald Town Board v. M. Lagan, £1, costs os.
